Seeking Lower School Art Project Volunteers for Celebrate Bush 2025

Calling all creative and artistic Lower School parent and guardian volunteers!

We are seeking one-to-four volunteers per grade level to serve as Class Art Leads to help create collaborative artwork for Celebrate Bush: Party at Paisley Park on Saturday, March 8.

What does this entail? This is a meaningful opportunity to come together as a community and celebrate Bush’s rich tradition of creativity and the arts. By leading your grade’s project, you’ll help students create a one-of-a-kind piece that will be auctioned in support of financial aid. You’ll also have the opportunity to get to know other parents and guardians in a fun and supportive environment. These art projects are a cherished part of Celebrate Bush and reflect the spirit of collaboration within our community.

If you are interested in volunteering as a Class Art Lead, please email Judi Yates, parent to Liam Y. '30 and Kainoa Y. '34, at judiyates7@gmail.com by Thursday, January 16.

About Celebrate Bush
Celebrate Bush is The Bush School’s annual K-12 community celebration and fundraising event to support financial aid at Bush. Each year, parents and guardians, faculty, staff, and alumni come together to increase access to experiential education for more families.

This year’s fundraiser, featuring a DJ, dinner and drinks, and a live auction, will also celebrate Head of School Percy L. Abram in his final year at Bush.

A volunteer kick-off meeting will be held during the week of January 20, and projects will be due on Monday, February 24. Any questions, please contact Judi

We hope you’ll join us!
