          • Fever free for twenty-four hours without fever reducing medication
        • Individuals are required to take added precautions over the next five days, such as wearing masks and physical distancing when around other people indoors. No testing is required to return to school.

      • Positive Test but Asymptomatic - As individuals can still be contagious, individuals who test positive for a respiratory virus, including COVID-19, can return to school, but are required to take added precautions over the next five days when returning to school, such as wearing masks and physical distancing when around other people indoors.

      • Strep Throat – A student with a confirmed diagnosis of strep throat may return to school after twenty-four hours of appropriate treatment.

      • Pink Eye – White or yellow drainage, vision changes, and/or redness of the sclera, eyelid or area around the eye may be an indication that your child has conjunctivitis, also known as pink eye. An individual with these symptoms should be kept home from school and be evaluated by a medical provider. A student may return to school upon health care provider approval.  Minimal redness to the white of the eye with no other symptoms is not grounds for exclusion.

      • Vomiting or Diarrhea – An individual may return to school if it has been twenty-four hours since the last incident of vomiting or diarrhea.

      • Rash – Rash illnesses can be difficult to diagnose. Please contact the school nurse or your health care provider if your child is experiencing a rash so they can determine if you can attend school.
