Top 10 Finish for Bush Boys Track and Field

Led by Duncan F-S. '25, the Bush Boys Track and Field team had a top 10 team finish at the Washington Interscholastic Activities Association B - 2B - 1A Track & Field Championships. Held at Zaepel Stadium at Eisenhower High School, the Blazers scored 32 points to finish in seventh place in the 1A standings. The Blazers were just one point away from a top six finish. 
 
 
Duncan captured the 3,200-meter state title in the 3,200-meter event, running nine minutes 28.48 seconds. Teammate Benjamin H. '25 was tenth. Duncan also made it two gold medals as he clocked 4:20.89 to place second in the 1,600. Cedar Park Christian’s Isaac M. '25 was first (4:20.63). 
 
In the sprints, Barack A. '25 was third in the 100 (11.00) running a personal-best. He also finished seventh in the 200 (23.11). Teammate Xander T. '26 finished fifth in the 110 hurdles (15.46) a PR, and was tenth in the 400. 
 
On the girls side, Reya G. '26 was sixth in the 100 (12.73), and seventh in the 200 (26.59). Elise F. '25 was seventh in the 3,200.
